Jan has 28 years experience in the public sector, working primarily in Operations and Projects, where she gained a deserved reputation for providing inspirational leadership, as well as delivering performance and projects to targets and timetable. Her experience and strategic awareness of the business environment enable her to anticipate change, identify opportunities and develop initiatives. Her energy, drive and interpersonal skills 'make things happen' whilst looking after staff, customer and other stakeholder concerns.
She has also trained and been accredited for the use of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) and over the last four years has successfully practised as a coach for individual, team and leadership development. Although based in East Anglia, Jan has worked with business clients from all across the country, especially London and the Midlands. Clients have included the Department for Work and Pensions, Ofsted, National Audit Office, DTI and PostComm.
Jan also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Leicester University in 2006 and is now working towards full coaching accreditation with The Institute of Leadership and Management.
She has found that the blend of senior operational and strategic business experience, coupled with excellent coaching skills, enables her to deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet individual and organisation needs.
